    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a skilled Senior Marketing Account Manager to be a key player in our team. If you have a passion for Account Management and a solid background in Advertising, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring proactive and regular communication.
    • Lead client calls, keeping them updated on project progress and addressing any queries promptly.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships by aligning our services with their business objectives.
    • Produce insightful client reports on key performance indicators like website traffic and campaign success.
    • Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
    • Collaborate with team members to manage client expectations and enhance relationships.
    • Utilize project management tools efficiently and contribute to workflow improvements.
    • Promote open communication and teamwork within the team.

    Qualifications:

    • Language proficiency in English at B2 or C1 level.
    • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in Account Management within an Advertising environment.
    • Deep understanding of Advertising Account Management processes.
    • Demonstrated maturity and ability to perform well in high-pressure situations.
    • Expertise in digital marketing strategies such as SEO, PPC, and social media, among others.
    • Outstanding communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
    • Track record of managing multiple client accounts effectively and meeting their expectations.
