- 15+ years of successful B2B revenue/sales leadership with experience scaling and managing all aspects of the P&L
- Demonstrated leadership success in a high growth scaleup
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding, and partnerships
- Ability to coach, grow and influence others in a highly fast paced and diverse environment in terms of organization culture, experience, and seniority
- Proactive approach to management with proven ability to build successful teams

Job DescriptionSalary:Ninth Wave is looking for a strategic and highly motivated Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will lead their revenue generation strategy and execution.
The CRO must have previous experience managing the entire sales and marketing process from end-to-end, taking full responsibility for sales and marketing initiatives and activities to acquire and expand their customer base. The ideal candidate has experience in building systems of growth in mid-stage companies and ramping them up, preferably with specific experience in selling software solutions to financial institutions. The role will be accountable for managing an effective sales and marketing team to achieve set goals, tightly aligned with revenue objectives. The role will closely collaborate with product, development, and finance in a Fintech environment. The suitable candidate must have experience managing the marketing and sales funnel to drive qualified opportunities to conversion.
