- Develop and oversee a standard, comprehensive global performance review process.
- Ensure consistent evaluations and timelines across all regions.
- Collaborate with HR teams worldwide to implement performance management best practices.
- Develop performance calibration process, including training managers and HR on how to conduct interactive sessions.
- Program management of the annual process globally
- Design, implement, and manage programs that increase diversity and inclusion throughout the organization.
- Partner with HR and leadership to create initiatives that attract diverse talent and ensure an inclusive onboarding experience.
- Support and provide oversight to Employee Resources Groups (ERG).
- Develop and lead employee engagement survey.
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, conducting regular assessments and utilizing feedback to implement improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement engagement strategies that positively impact the employee experience.
- Develop and implement leadership development strategies and programs to cultivate a pipeline of high-potential leaders.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to emerging leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Review and access key strategic partnerships with vendors.
- Lead the company-wide succession planning process to identify and develop high-potential employees for critical roles.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline and mitigate risks associated with key leadership gaps.
- Drive a positive and inclusive global culture through strategic initiatives, communication campaigns, and employee engagement programs.
- Partner with regional leaders to ensure cultural considerations are integrated into all global initiatives.
- Develop and manage department budget and costs.
- Process and drive PO and payment process.
- Proven experience in talent management, diversity, inclusion, and equity roles, with a global perspective.
- Strong understanding of performance management and global HR best practices.
- Demonstrated success in implementing diversity and inclusion programs.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different cultures and time zones.
- Familiarity with leadership development and succession planning strategies.

Job Description:The Director of Talent Management, Diversity, Inclusion, & Equity will be a key leader responsible for developing and managing global talent initiatives that align with our commitment to diversity and inclusion. This role will play a pivotal part in driving a positive and inclusive culture, enhancing employee engagement, and fostering leadership development.
This role will be located at our corporate office in Fremont, CA with requirements of being in the office three days per week.

Salary Applicable to California: $175,000 - $225,000
