    Our team in South Plainfield currently has an opening for a Regional Market Manager Pharma

    YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


    Job Summary:


    The Regional Market Manager is responsible for the conception of the marketing material to support the promotion of our portfolio and innovation initiatives.

    The Regional Market Manager is accountable for providing the conceptual ideas and produce the final design to best promote our activities while collaborating with the Global Marketing team.


    Job Description:

    • Lead the marketing plan for our solutions, suppliers and innovations in N-A.
    • Collaborate with the local IMM teams for the creation of line cards and social media activities such as Posts, E-mail blasts and Webinars
    • Organize the external marketing events such as exhibitions and arrange for promotional items in line with global marketing strategy and regional needs
    • Establish the marketing plan for the regional business unit to support the vision, strategic initiatives in the frame of the budget
    • Participate in the development and maintenance of the Website content in collaboration with Global Marketing
    • Collaborate with the Corporate marketing team, on our external communication, newsletters and publications
    • Be the marketing contact point for strategic partners and establish our common marketing strategies on the different markets
    • Understand the market dynamics and participate in the innovation governance
    • Understand and analyze the market trends across the different geographies
    • Be the liaison for sustainability matters and questions related to the supplier and ingredient product portfolio
    • Any other task assigned by the manager

    YOUR PROFILE

    Education and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing
    • Experience in life Science Industry with a Business to Consumer exposure
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in Pharma or related industries
    • Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
    • Solid writing skills for newsletter & marketing related communication.
    • Excellent in interpersonal & communication,
    • Strong presentation, influencing and coordination skills
    • Strong analytical marketing knowledge
    • Goal and result oriented
    • Ability to travel as required to achieve business objective
    • Self-driven, initiative, independent with business acumen
    • Ability to work collaboratively across different levels, multicultural in the internal and external stakeholders to foster relationships and influence outcomes.
    • Proficient in MS office applications
