    Job Summary:

    The Regional Market Manager isresponsible for the conception of the marketing material to support thepromotion of our portfolio and innovation initiatives.

    The Regional Market Manager is accountable for providing the conceptual ideas and produce the finaldesign to best promote our activities while collaboratingwith the Global Marketing team.


    Job Description:

    Lead the marketing plan for our solutions, suppliers andinnovations in N-A.Collaborate with the local IMM teams for the creation of line cardsand social media activities such as Posts, E-mail blasts and WebinarsOrganize the external marketing events such as exhibitions andarrange for promotional items in line with global marketing strategy andregional needsEstablish the marketing plan for the regional business unit tosupport the vision, strategic initiatives in the frame of the budgetParticipate in the development and maintenance of the Websitecontent in collaboration with Global MarketingCollaborate with the Corporate marketing team, on our externalcommunication, newsletters and publicationsBe the marketing contact point for strategic partners and establishour common marketing strategies on the different marketsUnderstand the market dynamics and participate in the innovation governanceUnderstand and analyze the market trends across the different geographiesBe the liaison for sustainability matters and questions related tothe supplier and ingredient product portfolioAny other task assigned by the managerYOUR PROFILEEducation and Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketingExperience in life Science Industry with a Business to ConsumerexposureMinimum 5 years of experience in Pharma or related industriesAbility to set priorities and manage time effectivelySolid writing skills for newsletter & marketing relatedcommunication.

    Excellent in interpersonal & communication,Strong presentation, influencing and coordination skillsStrong analytical marketing knowledgeGoal and result orientedAbility to travel as required to achieve business objectiveSelf-driven, initiative, independent with business acumenAbility to work collaboratively across different levels,multicultural in the internal and external stakeholders to fosterrelationships and influence outcomes.
