- Actively participate in MOR meetings to provide valuable insights and innovative ideas.
- Ensure accuracy and maintenance of the database for designated companies.
- Establish and maintain an effective worker leadership framework.
- Supervise and contribute to the growth and training of a volunteer organization.
- Implement initiatives to boost worker engagement.
- Offer guidance to worker leaders on agenda development.
- Address and leverage workers' concerns and interests.
- Collaborate with relevant state and federal agencies when needed.
- Secure majority support within specified companies.
- Manage NLRB/ALRB elections.
- Conduct card check recognition processes.
- Organize third-party recognition elections.
- Showcase expertise in leading and completing organizing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the negotiating committee for negotiation preparation.
- Establish industry and area councils to enhance bargaining power.
- Implement innovative strategies to finalize the initial contract.
- Cultivate beneficial relationships with management in assigned companies.
- Maintain connections with organizing and negotiations committees.
- Refer media inquiries to the Regional Director.
- Build strong ties with religious, political, and community leaders.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Education:
Completion of high school or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in organizing, forming committees, and nurturing leadership.
Knowledge:
Proficiency in MOR planning process and effective training methods. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. Familiarity with UFW's history and mission.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Proficiency in writing reports and business correspondence. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to perform calculations involving figures and amounts.
REASONING ABILITY
Problem-solving skills and ability to handle various situations with limited standardization.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Required: Class 'C' Driver's License. Proficiency in MS Office applications.
