Digital Realty is currently seeking their next Maintenance Planning Coordinator.

Job Summary:

If you are looking for a new professional challenge, then this opportunity is for you. As a recruiting partner of Digital Realty, we are searching for a Maintenance Planning Coordinator at our location in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will oversee and coordinate all corrective and preventive maintenance planning, administer maintenance work, process requests, and ensure accurate documentation for maintenance activities in electrotechnical systems.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Oversee and coordinate all corrective and preventive maintenance planning
  • Administer the maintenance work, both as a follow-up to preventive maintenance, as well as resulting from incidents, events, or requests
  • Process and procedure instructions and provide reporting for the requests handled
  • Ensure the various systems properly reflect the actual status of maintenance work items/tickets & critical infrastructure assets and contain all relevant documentation

What You Bring To The Job:

  • Educated to a vocational level in a technical field
  • Several years of experience working in maintenance of electrotechnical systems
  • Proficient with ERP/CRM/customer service systems (e.g. Service Now, MCIM)
  • Strong experience in infrastructure maintenance
  • Organizational and communication skills
