- Program Leadership: Provide strategic direction and vision for the program as the single management focal point, aligning it with the organization's objectives and goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong strategic advisor relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective and timely communication and collaboration.
- Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and enhance program performance by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage program budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficiency while maintaining quality and client success.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address issues that may impact program success.
- Change Management: manage Fusion's contractual obligations as outlined in the SOW and MSA to ensure the agreed upon scope is delivered and invoke the change control process when necessary to keep the project aligned.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports, analyze program performance data, and present insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is required.
- Proven Program Management Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a successful track record in overseeing large, complex major implementation efforts.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strategic Thinker: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on finding innovative solutions.
