    As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, you will be working within the larger Accounting Department and be responsible for handling vender payments, investigating payment discrepancies, and filing other financial records.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounting role; preferably handling accounts payable.
    • Minimum 1 years' experience using CargoWise One ERP system is preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
    • Excellent communications skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies.
    • Scan and sort invoices, checks, deposits, account statements, and other financial files.
    • Process high volumes of bills for payment and issue checks.
    • Open mail and match payments to invoices.
    • Record business transactions and key daily worksheets in the general ledger system.
    • Review statements and payments for accuracy.
    • Ensure vendor acceptance of payments or refunds.
    • Assist vendors with questions on outstanding invoices.
    • Work with internal teams such as AR, General Expense, Freight Release, and others to resolve AP responsibilities.

    Salary:

    • $22-$28/hour dependent on transferable experience and education level.

    Education:

    • Associate degree or higher required; preferably in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
