- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings to determine specifications and requirements.
- Measure and mark cutting and welding lines according to drawings or templates.
- Set up welding equipment, including MIG and TIG welders, to perform welding operations.
- Weld and fabricate stainless steel components and products according to specifications.
- Ensure that all welding and fabrication work is of high quality and meets customer expectations.
- Inspect and test welds to ensure that they meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain welding equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in stainless steel welding and fabrication.
- Knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work with precision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
