Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesAbility to perform welding processes such as MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW).Ability to weld components in flat, overhead, or vertical positions.
Must be able to operate hand tools and equipment such as Grinders, Drills, Saws, etc.Read blueprints and drawings to identify welding measurements and position.
Position QualificationsAccountability
Skills & AbilitiesEducation:
High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED): RequiredExperience: 2 plus years of experience
Computer Skills:
Basic computer skills required to perform and record Romer arm measurements
Certifications & Licenses:
AWS D1.1 Structural Welding Code
Other Requirements:
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of all basic tools and equipment including band saw, drill press, sand blaster, rotex punch, cold saw, acetylene torch, and hydraulic punch.
Must possess an excellent sense of customer satisfaction, communicating with other departments, and filling orders as timely and precisely as possible.
