Statesville, North Carolina metal fabrication company is looking for a Production Supervisor

Join our team of professionals as a production supervisor dedicated to expertise and quality in deep drawing, metal stamping tube bending and laser cutting. We are equipped with a large state of the art facility that can handle any job Join us and be a part of the best

Skill Set we are looking for:

Must have 5+ years experience in manufacturing supervision
Proven experience in leading a production team in a metal fabrication manufacturing environment.
Proven experience using schedules and planning to ensure deadlines are met consistently.
Proven experience using Lean and 5S methodologies to increase productivity and organization.
Knowledgeable in metal fabrication equipment in our shop from welders, lasers, press brakes, CNC machining, stamping, saws, etc.
Ability to read prints efficiently
Ability to use measuring devices to verify parts meet print, such as calipers, height gauges, tape measure, protractors, etc.
Experience in an ISO manufacturing setting.
A lead by example mentality
Attention to detail
Ability to identify bottlenecks and adjust team members quickly to ensure the maximum output.
Positive and go get it attitude.

Hours: Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm (30 minute lunch)
