    Description
    The robot technician requires a daily work schedule that may include overtime. Mechanical aptitude is a plus in this roll.
    The ability to perform robotic welding from loading parts to cycle through the robotic welder to robotic welding programmer.
    Robotic Welding Technician Level 2Assemble and organize all parts needed for the current jobLoad parts onto fixture and check fitmentUse Teach Pendant to touch-up or modify robotic weldsInspect each weld to ensure full coverageUnload fixturesPrep parts for robot weldingWeld and touch-up any incorrect welds on weldmentGrind, cut and weld necessary partsUnderstanding of blueprintsRobotic Welding Technician Level 3Perform robot touch-ups or modify robot weldsLoad and unload weldmentsPull and prep partsAbility to perform MIG and TIG weldingRobotic Welding Technician LeadManage robot welding workflowAdvanced robotic welder programmingAbility to perform MIG and TIG weldingProficient in loading and unloading robotsRobotic welding program touch up and adjustmentAssist in fixture designAbility to adjust fixtures to be within toleranceAdvanced blueprint readingUnderstanding and ability to operate mill and lathe machiningFixture fabrication and assemblyEnsure demands and inventory for department are met by appropriate deadlinesAbility to verify quality of robotic weldmentsCMM report understanding and trouble shooting from CMM reportsPerform weldment data inputAssist and train employees with robotic programming and loading/unloadingMaintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety by completing preventive maintenance per established schedulesAbility to set up new fixturesAbility to troubleshoot robot welderEnsure robot welding team is producing quality products and meeting deadlines
