    Position Summary:
    We're hiring a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for paid media advertising.

    The Paid Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic multi-channel campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.

    This position demands a blend of creative and analytical skills to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.

    This is a remote position and candidates are ideally located within the Pacific, Mountain or Central Time Zones

    Responsibilities:
    Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across SEM, LinkedIn, and display advertising platforms

    Craft strategic initiatives that demonstrate broad impact across the organization and communicate these plans to senior management

    Proactively identify new opportunities and innovative strategies to drive traffic and conversions

    Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends and insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance

    Develop quarterly business review reports highlighting past performance, future plans, lessons learned and proactive risk management strategies

    Utilize testing trackers, landing page analysis, and other relevant data sources to inform strategic decisions

    Self-reliantly drive forward ideas and projects that have meaningful and substantial implications for the organization's success

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align paid initiatives to a multi-channel approach that drives business objectives

    Recommend inventive ad copy and creative assets that drive engagement with our target audience

    Conduct robust keyword research, market research, competitive research and audience targeting research to build and maintain high performing campaigns

    Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising


    Qualifications:
    Minimum of 5 years' experience dedicated to paid media campaign planning and execution in a B2B environment

    In-depth knowledge of Google Search Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads

    Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is ideal

    Ability to make innovative, strategic, and thoughtful decisions in a fast-paced environment

    High energy, optimistic, with a proactive attitude; a self starter and a go-getter

    Ability to work independently with a bias for action in a team environment

    Efficient problem solver who provides solutions

    A background in Paid Media management within a B2B environment is required

    Experience planning media buys for niche audiences is ideal

    Strong analytical mindset will be helpful in this role
