Job Description:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, including competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification
  • Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (including text, images, video, and HTML) daily to foster meaningful connections and encourage community members to engage
  • Establish and optimize company pages within each social media platform to enhance the visibility of the company's social content
  • Fully manage all social media channels, including responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to maintain a high level of engagement and positive interaction with the audience
  • Moderate all usergenerated content in accordance with the moderation policy for each community
  • Create and maintain editorial calendars and schedules
  • Continuously analyze relevant social data/metrics, insights, and best practices to improve social media performance and inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with various departments to manage brand reputation, identify key influencers, and coordinate joint actions
  • Manage daytoday media relations and handle media requests for the company and talent
  • Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and identify opportunities for collaboration and partnerships
  • Research and identify emerging trends in digital media consumption, including new YouTube channels and content creators, and stay uptodate with industry developments to inform media strategy and content creation initiatives

Experience Needed:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a social media role
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field
  • Excellent critical thinking, interpersonal, communication, timemanagement, and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold brand image
  • Proficiency in using social media for impressions and brand awareness
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Tik Tok and Facebook
  • Understanding of social media KPIs, web traffic metrics, and SEO
  • Experience conducting buyer persona and audience research
  • Ability to develop and implement a corporate social media strategy
  • Skilled in monitoring online activity across departments and geographical areas to ensure adherence to established guidelines and best practices
  • Proven ability to encourage greater social media participation and influence public perception through audience engagement
  • Ability to build relationships with YouTube creators and industry professionals
  • Effective written and verbal communication for crafting pitches and negotiating interviews

Pay structure:

Pay:
$50, $60,000.00 per year
