    Job Title: Social Media Manager

    Job Overview:

    We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to manage different omnichannel campaigns across several ad platforms for our agency.

    The Paid Media Manager will manage paid media campaigns on Google, Meta, Bing, Tik Tok, along with other emerging media channels. A successful Paid Media Manager will effectively manage several ad platforms and work with other performance marketing team members in order to maximize ROI, and drive performance for clients. Applicants must be willing to learn, grow and be trained on our way of executing omnichannel paid media campaigns.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Develop, create, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns
    • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and paid media initiatives
    • Manage campaign budget pacing, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies
    • Research and analyze competitor information for clients
    • Strategize and execute paid media management from build-out to launch including ongoing optimizations
    • Run experiments, collect & analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to meet/exceed client goals and KPIs for all channels
    • Perform ongoing optimizations and testing to further improve results
    • Assist in developing media plans and proposals for new business
    • Strong rapport with client relationships
    • Lead paid channel specific conversations and training sessions for Colling Media
    • Contribute to new business sales pitches and support our Sales team
    • Provide Client Service team with valuable monthly suggestions to improve client performance
    • Monitoring campaign performance and making necessary adjustments to optimize performance and achieve KPIs
    • Analyzing data and preparing reports to communicate campaign performance to clients as well as make recommendations for optimizations

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience and success managing paid media campaigns
    • Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, offline and online customer acquisition
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends in paid media channels
    • Background with all Google platforms such as Data Studio, Suite, Tag Manager
    • Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics)
    • Strong analytical skills and experience generating paid media reports
    • At least 2-3 years of experience in the tactical execution of paid social media programs in an advertising and marketing agency environment
    • BS degree in Marketing, a quantitative, test-driven field or related field
    • Agency experience preferred

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Hybrid schedule
    • In office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • Remote Monday and Friday
    • New hires are required to work in the office Monday through Thursday for the first 90 days of employment. After 90 days, will be remote on Monday and Friday and in office Tues, Wed, Thurs.
