    Position: Social Media Manager/Specialist/Intern

    Location: Hybrid

    Type: Full-time/Internship

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms including Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter.
    • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with our brand's voice and mission.
    • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a Social way while cultivating leads and sales.
    • Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts.
    • Design, create, and manage promotions and social ad campaigns, being sure to integrate with the companys overall marketing campaign plan and channels.
    • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
    • Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
    • Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive marketing plan. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist.
    • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
    • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
    • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
    • Fluency in English, and Chinese is a Preference
