    Role Description

    This role involves managing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our content creation operations. Additionally, it includes handling social media tasks such as content planning, scheduling, managing, publishing, and analyzing data. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A solid grasp of social media processes, tools, and best practices is essential.

    Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute content strategies for various social media platforms
    • Manage social media accounts and engage with the audience
    • Collaborate with the team to generate innovative content ideas
    • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in project delivery
    • Work closely with the social media strategist to plan upcoming content
    • Schedule and publish posts on the content calendar
    • Manage incoming projects and update the team accordingly
    • Utilize CRM platform for content tracking and workflow management
    • Provide analytics reports and track social media growth
    • Create monthly social media reports
    • Maintain project quality and meet deadlines
    • Collaborate with influencers to enhance brand visibility
    • Identify, contract, and leverage influencer content for campaigns

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Optimization
    • Experience in Communications and Public Relations
    • Strong Content Strategy skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
    • Minimum of 2 years experience in digital marketing or content creation
    • Familiarity with the Arizona market is advantageous
    • Ability to commute to Downtown Phoenix HQ
