    As a group manager, product, Food , you will...

    Demonstrate strategic leadership over our food business, playing a critical role in defining the future and achieving our growth ambitions –
    Develop and execute strategy to unlock the next wave of growth for our Food Business
    Leverage business insights and customer trends to define future areas of opportunity against key strategic verticals
    Develop products and platforms to deliver against strategic opportunities for Starbucks and unmet needs for customers
    Demonstrate ability to create vision and story tell at all levels of the organization
    Demonstrate ownership and general management of a strategic vertical of our business Lead a team responsible for a strategic segment of our business – owning key product recommendations and serving as the subject matter expert on intricacies of the product portfolio
    Work to define the product and program pipeline for a cross-category assortment that is relevant all day
    Navigate ambiguity and changing business dynamics to drive priorities forward, while balancing interdependencies across partner, customer, and business
    Build and scale product platforms and lead key enterprise programs in partnership with a team of cross-functional experts –

    Manage multiple aspects of the commercialization process for new product introductions in partnership with cross functional exports, including R&D Sourcing, Finance, Portfolio, etc.

    Lead cross functional teams through complex workstreams and influence across the organization

    Serve as business and program advocate to the business to articulate program benefits and impacts and define deliverables, timeline and necessary support required from business resources.

    Lead a team of high performing partners and build culture Model leadership behaviors that are grounded in Starbucks Mission and Values
    Drive the engagement, development and performance of all members of your team
    Challenge and inspire partners to achieve business results and create the future of food together
    Create a culture of belonging for your direct team and beyond; ignite passion for Food in yourself and your teammates

    We'd Love To Hear From People With

    Progressive experience in product or brand management, 6-10 years
    Project leadership in a highly cross-functional environment, 6-10 years
    Experience in people development and leading teams, 3+ years
    A passion for developing products and building brands rooted in customer empathy
    Experience developing and executing on product strategies; Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically
    Ability to work in a matrix environment and to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally; Ability to function effectively with high degrees ambiguity and change
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work experience or four years US military experience. MBA preferred.
