- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Director in a 24-hour manufacturing facility, preferably in the food industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.

Position Overview:As the HR Director, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of human resources management across our food manufacturing facilities. This includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Director in a 24-hour facility, fluency in both English and Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
