    At Dr. Tavel, we have been family owned for over 80 years and are focused on providing outstanding eye exams, glasses, and contacts at our 24 Indiana offices. Our team is collaborative and focused on providing a SPEC-tacular patient experience to help Hoosiers see better, look better, and feel better.

    Our Patient Success Specialists have the following responsibilities:

    • Receiving inbound patient service calls.
    • Receiving inbound calls to schedule appointments for our 24 locations.
    • Completing online requests to schedule appointments.
    • Making outbound reminder calls to previous patients about Annual Exams.
    • Meeting and exceeding patient expectations
    Position starting pay $16 an hour

    Requirements
    • Optical experience is a plus
    • Bilingual in Spanish or Burmese is preferred
    • Ability to remain energetic, adaptable, and professional
    • Reliable transportation to and from work
    • Computer experience
    • Ability to work multiple programs at the same time
