OVERVIEW OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ROLE:

The Customer Service Representative will perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
The Customer Service Representative will analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
The Customer Service Representative will resolve customer issues and concerns to ensure a positive customer experience.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

Proven customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in working with excel.
Experience in answering phones and using customer service software.
