Key Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and team members.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner.
Assist with order processing, billing inquiries, and product/service information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to finding solutions for customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
