    Job Title: Director of Product Marketing

    Job Summary:

    The Director of Product Marketing will lead and oversee all aspects of product marketing for Seclore. You will be pivotal in evangelizing data-centric security and shaping the product marketing strategy, positioning, and go-to-market plans to accelerate growth and customer acquisition. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop, lead, and implement the overall product marketing strategy and plans for Seclore's product portfolio.
    • Work closely with the Product Management team to understand market needs, customer pain points, and product features.
    • Create compelling narratives and positioning for products tailored to different market segments.
    • Lead product launch efforts, including developing marketing collateral such as data sheets, product videos, and sales enablement materials.
    • Conduct competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, industry analysts, and the press.
    • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to give them the tools and training to market and sell our products successfully.
    • Analyze KPIs to measure marketing initiatives' effectiveness and inform future strategies.
    • Work collaboratively with other teams (engineering, design, operations) to bring products to market.
    • Define and implement a content strategy to drive awareness and demand generation campaigns, including public-facing solution collateral, white papers, thought leadership content, videos, presentations, blogs, etc.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, ideally in a B2B tech or data security environment.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful product marketing strategies.
    • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
    • Proven track record of managing a team and executing high-impact marketing projects.
    • Strong storytelling skills, including excellent written and spoken communications
    • Ability to identify customer needs and effectively position differentiated B2B products/solutions in a manner that resonates with various target audiences - technical users, economic decision-makers, field teams, partner community, media, analysts.
    • Must be a self-starter with an owner mentality who enjoys working in a fast-paced software start-up environment.
