    We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Associate Attorney to join our Litigation Section at our downtown Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation, with a demonstrated commitment to excellence, strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability in legal research and writing.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Handle a diverse caseload in the areas of commercial bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation.
    2. Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide sound legal advice to clients.
    3. Participate in all phases of the litigation process, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
    4. Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop legal strategies and solutions.
    5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

    Qualifications:

    1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
    2. Active membership in the Texas State Bar.
    3. 2-5 years (or more) of experience in commercial bankruptcy and/or commercial litigation.
    4. Strong academic background with an emphasis on relevant coursework.
    5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    6. Solid research and writing abilities.
