    ‍ Role: Associate Attorney (Employment Law Litigation)

    ➢ Tackle employment law challenges with creative and effective solutions

    ➢ Prepare cases with meticulous attention to detail, setting the stage for successful outcomes

    ➢ Develop your negotiation skills, working towards favorable settlements in disputes

    ➢ Guide businesses through the maze of employment law compliance, helping them avoid potential legal pitfalls

    ➢ Commit to ongoing learning, staying updated with the latest in employment law and workplace regulations

    Requirements:

    ➢ A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Employment Law Litigation

    ➢ Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited US law school

    ➢ Active license to practice in the state of employment, with a preference for candidates licensed in Chicago

    ➢ Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills

    ➢ Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple projects
