    Fee, Smith, & Sharp LLP is seeking a Associate Attorney to join our Dallas (Galleria) office.

    Seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney join our legal team. As an Associate Attorney you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various legal proceedings, ensuring the best possible outcome for their cases.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions.
    • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support legal arguments and strategies.
    • Draft and prepare legal documents, such as pleadings, briefs, contracts, and agreements.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies and ensure effective client representation.
    • Attend client meetings and provide expert legal advice and guidance on litigation matters.
    • Maintain accurate and detailed case records, including relevant documents, correspondence, and case developments.

    Job Requirements

    • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Admitted to practice law in Texas.
    • Court Room proceedings, hearings, depositions, mediations, etc.
    • Strong understanding of civil litigation procedures and regulations.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
    • Proficient in legal software and research tools.
