This large insurance organization headquartered in Newtown Square PA is looking to expand their Account Management team within the organization. This company has been ranked top 5000 fasted growing companies in the US and consistently ranks on the best workplaces list. This insurance organization is unique in the sense that they pull together the different channel partners to create a partnership and this company works with both brokers and clients directly on a day to day basis. This role and team is high tempo and they are seeking an Account Manager to come aboard with a strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing interests. This person will manage the strategy for their own book of business, and we are looking for someone who can triage and prioritize client issues. This person will not be on an island, and Account Managers are given a Service Coordinator to help with the day to day administration tasks. Our team and company has a target goal of 94% retention of our clients. This team also follows a service calendar for touch points regarding check ins with clients and focusing on major account milestones.
