National / Strategic / Key Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

Generate Push Demand and Grow National Accounts

  • Maintain full accountability for assigned accounts. Broaden U-POL's footprint to include the full portfolio. Innovatively identify new opportunities by establishing credibility, sharing the U-POL Vision, and aligning solutions to key customer priorities with an emphasis on growing strategic products
  • Articulate U-POL's entire portfolio of product offerings and expertly link these to customer needs and business objectives

Drive Sales Process

  • Act as a general manager who owns and drives the successful delivery of products and services from endtoend
  • Actively participate in the customer planning process and maintain expertlevel industry knowledge and excellent business acumen in order to identify / recommend insightful solutions that align with defined customer priorities.
  • Lead network of channel partners, Zone Managers, and account stakeholders to maximize revenue and drive demand in accounts. Direct and motivate these resources to further the vision for the assigned accounts
  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for assigned account portfolio with full responsibility and accountability to deliver sales and margin targets. Account plans to include both short and long term focus to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline, accelerate and maximize revenue generation, and improve the customer buying experience

Serve As a Trusted Advisor

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and the customer's advocate, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while consistently protecting the strategic interests of both the customer and U-POL. Actively collect and disseminate customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Expert in developing consultative, influential, credibilitybased relationships at all levels to fully understand customer needs, identify opportunities, and resolve customer issues
  • Demonstrates business acumen and ability to align U-POL solutions to the customer's business priorities
  • Leverages financial information to manage business and drive customer discussions.
  • Has a track record of developing actionable account/territory planning strategies, generating accurate forecasts, and meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Willingness to travel extensively (~75%) to meet with customer stakeholders.
  • Has strong analytical skills
