Competitive compensation includes a salary in the range of $80,000-$95,000, plus uncapped performance-based incentive program with high earnings potential.


Primary Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate available lead sources to find potential target accounts.
  • Develop target prospects, involving other members of the team as required.
  • Routinely evaluate progress and modify sales approach as necessary.
  • Call on a sufficient number of potential new accounts weekly in order to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepare estimates and proposals in a timely fashion.
  • Provide quotes to repair equipment per the customer's direction.
  • Promote all Company offerings to customers working with them to provide a quality solution.
  • Develop personal relationships with key accounts and leverage the resultant opportunities.
  • Become involved in local organizations that will provide a forum to help develop company exposure.

Minimum Requirements:


  • Minimum of a 4year degree or comparable industry experience is required.
  • Minimum of 4 years of progressive solution selling success in a technology based, serviceoriented industry is required.
  • Experience in the audio visual and collaboration industry or building technologies is preferred.
  • Experience operating in a team selling and / or complex matrix business environment is desirable.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug test to company's satisfaction.
