Responsibilities:

Coordination of work schedules
Ensuring telephone availability and actively approaching customers in retail
Evaluation and adjustment of existing processes
Training of new employees
Maintaining a positive work atmosphere within the team
Monitoring and maintaining product groups
Supervising product presentation
Active participation in sales

Qualifications:

Commercial training or experience in sales/retail
Basic knowledge of our product range or in the field of wood and/or building products
Theoretical or practical leadership skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Reliability, commitment, and sense of responsibility
Experience with inventory management systems
Willingness to work on Saturdays
