Job Responsibilities:


  • Advising and supporting our employees and managers on all personnel and labor law issues
  • Proactively participating in the continuous optimization of our departmental and crossdepartmental HR processes
  • Designing and implementing HR projects
  • Developing and implementing campaigns for personnel recruitment
  • Applicant and recruiting management
  • Organizing trainings and further education and initiating personnel development measures
  • Creating evaluations, reports, and statistics
  • Assisting with monthly salary calculations
  • Collaborating on crossdepartmental topics
