As a sales professional (m/f/d), you are a key component for the growth of our wind energy and solar park projects in Santa Maria, TX.

You will independently approach landowners, tenants, and other local stakeholders.

In close collaboration with our development team, you will successfully negotiate contracts and lay the foundation for new wind and solar park projects.

Responsibilities:

  • You independently negotiate permission agreements for the construction of wind energy and solar parks and bring them to a successful conclusion
  • Through research, site visits, and direct conversations with landowners, you ensure that the land is suitable for approval
  • To gain acceptance from local residents, you present your projects in a credible manner
  • Our back office provides strong support in researching, establishing and maintaining contact with landowners
  • You document all conversations and maintain the project in detail in our database

Qualifications:

  • Ideally, you have completed training as a bank clerk (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d), real estate agent (m/f/d), retail specialist (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification as a direct sales professional
  • Regardless of the industry, you have proven success in consulting and negotiating with business partners, authorities, and external stakeholders
  • You communicate on an equal level with a variety of land
