- Coordinates and oversees the activities of designated projects to ensure goals and objectives are met within the specified time frame and budget.
- Evaluates project proposals and plans meticulously, considering various factors such as timeframes, financial constraints, staffing requirements, and resource allocation across different project phases.
- Collaborates closely with project staff, including technicians, marinas, shipyards, vendors, subcontractors, and office personnel, to develop detailed work plans and assign tasks effectively.
- Directly oversees subcontractors, providing guidance to ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets, while also actively engaging in technical tasks and utilizing tools as necessary.
- Perform hands-on repairs on products and projects managed, demonstrating expertise and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Confers with project subcontractors to provide technical advice and to resolve issues as they arise.
- Reviews status reports prepared by subcontracted project team and makes necessary adjustments to schedules or plans.
- Prepare comprehensive project reports for management and clients, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.

- Associate degree, or technical degree.
- Proven experience in project management within the marine industry, with strong focus on hands-on technical tasks and repairs.
- Advanced technical knowledge of marine systems e.g. electricity, hydraulics, propulsion, air conditioning, structural and mechanics.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings.
- Familiar with repair and refit on vessels.
- Professional working proficiency of Spanish and Italian language.
- Computer proficiency of Microsoft Office suite, email communication, and data visualization.
- Project management, budgeting, and cost allocation.

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Project Manager with strong technical expertise to lead and coordinate a wide range of marine projects and boat repairs.
This role requires not only excellent project management skills but also a hands-on approach to tackle technical tasks and oversee project execution from start to finish, including the handling of tools and materials.

Pay:
Base salary $70,000-$80,000
Paid time off: 6 sick days, 10 vacation days, 2 personal days and 7 holidays.

Retirement plan:
