    Description
    About the Position:

    The Underwriting Account Representative (UAR) role involves supporting the underwriting process for new and renewal Chubb Customers across various insurance coverages. This position collaborates with team members to achieve growth, profit, and service goals for an assigned book of business in the middle market segment of Commercial Insurance.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Collaborate with team members to support underwriting processes
    • Gather account information and translate data into rating instructions
    • Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory rules
    • Document specific risk data in alignment with corporate standards
    Duties Include:
    • Work on accounts in CI Middle Market with guidance from the UAR Coach
    • Complete assigned tasks following UW instructions
    • Collect and organize data for accounts
    • Generate quote requests and respond to inquiries
    • Handle endorsements and resolve issues under guidance
    • Organize work efficiently and follow operational guidelines
    • Collaborate with the team to meet operational goals
    Qualifications Required:
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and Internet navigation
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Analytical and mathematical aptitude
    • Business acumen and critical thinking abilities
    • Ability to prioritize work and adapt to a fast-paced environment
