    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    Kevin Lowber - State Farm Agent is seeking a dynamic team member with a keen eye for spotting opportunities and skillfully converting leads into enduring customer connections. In the role of Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your understanding of insurance products and market trends enables you to engage directly with clients, assess their requirements, and promote tailored products or services for optimal value. You will also play a key role in devising strategies and setting performance targets for our agency.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Explore leads, arrange appointments, discern customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
    • Achieve or surpass agency targets to boost revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Deliver timely, precise, and amicable customer service. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance availability, coverage details, policy adjustments, claim filings, and billing clarifications.
    • Employ a customer-centric approach to guide customers on insurance choices through a needs-based assessment.
    • Maintain top-notch communication standards to effectively address customer requirements while fostering business growth.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Prior sales experience is advantageous.
    • Ability to establish rapport with customers effectively.
    • Role requires obtaining a Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment.
    • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
    • Self-motivated professional motivated by goal achievement and customer satisfaction.
