    Description

    About the Role:

    • Develop systems and procedures for project control functions
    • Coordinate with clients and Project Leaders on control documents
    • Enhance project control systems
    • Suggest improvements in project controls methods
    • Ensure implementation of project/document controls by designated personnel
    • Manage project cost estimates and forecasts for all project phases
    • Handle project insurance requirements and certifications
    • Analyze project costs including budgets, commitments, and forecasts
    • Collaborate with senior project management for cost control efforts
    • Produce project cost forecasts and variance analysis
    • Perform other duties as required

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Construction, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, or equivalent
    • 5-10 years of relevant experience
    • Experience in airport projects preferred
    • Strong cost management, budget tracking, and reporting skills
    • Proven experience in collecting and processing invoices
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Self-sufficient with strong progress management skills
    • Experience with budgets, cash flows, and schedules
    • Ability to meet monthly deadlines independently
    • Effective communication and teamwork skills
    • High ethical standards in decision-making
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite, Adobe, and Bluebeam
