Tech LeadLocation: Scottsdale, AZ

Job Description:
Serves as lead in cross functional teams dealing with challenging engineering problems or opportunities.

Hands on experience to lead a team of Manhattan WMi Consultants (both Onsite and Offshore ) and OffshoreClient Management SkillsLeads multidimensional projects that involve multiple teams.

Leads and works with other software engineers on design best practices and conducts code review.
Resolves complex engineering problems, collaborating with others.
Provides input and helps define functional requirements gathering and detailed design.
Apply engineering patterns and principles.
Design, develop and implement software utilizing an agile project cycle.
Ensures quality of software and acts as gatekeeper of change control.

Mentoring junior members of the team and raising the bar for technical knowledge is an important aspect of this role.

Add/Upgrade the tools to improve team's efficiency.

Advising on base WMi changes as requiredReview of changes within base WMi as requiredManaging High pressure incidentsUnderstanding the business requirementsMapping the business requirements to the functionality of the productDevelopment of requirements in Manhattan WMiTesting for bugsLiaison with various cross functional teams and Manhattan product OEMKey Qualifications:10+ professional experience of software development using agile methodologies.

Proficiency in iSeries, RPG, CL, SQL is required.
Must have experience with supply chain domain.

Hands on experience in Manhattan WMi Functional Configurations in the following Modules ( not limited ) Warehouse Management, Picking, Packing, Pelleting.

Strong conceptual, analytical, problem solving, troubleshooting and resolution skillsServes as lead in cross functional teams dealing with challenging engineering problems or opportunities.
