Office Manager to join its
Scottsdale, AZ office

This position plays a pivotal role in the daily running of our Scottsdale branch.

While traditional Office Manager roles may be more administrative in nature,
Aquaman North is a
leadership position within our office and branch.

We are looking for someone who can help others to grow in their roles as we all work to grow our company


Our Office Manager will:

  • Work with the General Manager to ensure daily functionality of the branch
  • Oversee all training of the office staff
  • Be the primary person in the hiring of office staff
  • Assists in communication with Branch Services to ensure the branch has the support that it needs
  • Handles incoming information requests and funnels them to the appropriate area of the branch
  • Is responsible for sending mass communications with GM approval
  • Handles incoming/outgoing mail daily
  • Provides internal tech support at the branch or is the conduit to IT
  • Is responsible for keeping the facility clean, organized and stocked
  • Manages office staff and provides opportunities for continued learning in their job roles
  • Assists Branch Services with Accounts Receivable and sending/receiving necessary documents
  • Makes bank deposits for the branch
  • Manages Branch Swag/Inventory
  • Maintains an updated referral list
  • Is the backup support for all other office roles and responsibilities

Skills/Experience Required:

  • 2+ years of Office Admin experience in a similar work industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with Windows 10
  • Previous experience in an office environment
  • Previous experience with customer service by phone

Must have a valid driver's license, three years of verifiable driving history, and a clean driving record
This is a fast-paced position.

Compensation -This
salaried position is paid weekly. Starting pay will depend on experience.


$50K-$55K annually
