Must have experience:


  • AI Conversational Designer. This person designs conversational experiences for chatbot and intelligent virtual assistants (agnostic of any AI ML platform).
  • Conversational design skills to create conversational solutions for customer problems. here's some notes I put together.
  • Absolutely need conversational design expertise
  • Any tech platform: IBM Watson, Google DialogFlow, Microsoft LUIS, Amazon Lex cognitive services or NLP technologies
  • 2+ years' experience in VUI / conversational design
  • Design and build AIpowered chatbot apps
  • Lead design sprints, UX requirements sessions and design thinking workshops and accurately scope UX research and design work
  • Drive research designing, with UX researchers or independently, to create actionable insights that improve customer experience, through A/B testing, data analytics review, research, product reviews, and user feedback.
  • Know the User Experience trends and turning these trends into enterprise recommendations for improvement
  • Outstanding attitude, communication and lead capabilities
- experience and understanding of lean or Agile UX and design sprint methodology to the role
