    Marketing Manager

    We are currently searching for

    Marketing Manager

    based in Prague who will be part of our local team and will be responsible for:
    Creation of yearly marketing strategy and responsibility for allocation of marketing budget
    Planning and execution of marketing activities
    Management and coordination of digital marketing projects and campaigns
    Cooperation with external marketing agency on SEO, PPC and brand building
    Managing content of CBRE websites , , )
    Creation of marketing materials, brochures, tools
    Supervising the creation and execution of both external client facing events and internal company events
    Coordination of CBRE vendors
    Managing and mentoring of marketing team
    Ensures compliance with company standards with the company logo and consistency of marketing products
    Cooperation with CEE marketing team on CEE campaigns
    Main point of contact for regional teams (CEE &Europe)

    Your Profile:
    At least 5 years ́ experience in similar position (B2B)
    1 year experience in people management (optional)
    Ability to lead people and work together with other departments
    Financial knowledge - ability to forecast and prepare budgets, conduct financial/business analysis including the preparation of reports
    Excellent knowledge of Marketing and PR, good understanding of digital marketing
    Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written), native Czech
    Ability to solve advanced problems and deal with a variety of options in complex situations
    Great verbal and written communication skills, organization skills, presentation skills
    Well-organized person, able to effectively manage a multitasking job, able to prioritize and work under pressure and deadlines
    Proactive approach and willingness to go extra mile
    Self-motivated with drive for continuous improvement, team player, tech savvy
    Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
    Advanced skills working with E-DM platforms (e

    Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and CMS platforms (e

    g:
    Wordpress, Sitecore)
    Proficiency in Social Media platforms especially LinkedIn
    Hands-on experience with PPC campaigns, Google Analytics and Looker studio
