    Tri County Metals, a people centric business focused on delivering superior service and high-quality metal roofing products, is seeking a CSR for our facility in Tallahassee, FL.     The successful candidate will serve customers in person and on the phone at branch locations. The CSR will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable handling dozens of calls per day, qualifying prospects, making notes for follow up sales opportunities and closing sales. If corporate accounts are assigned to the successful individual, they will be responsible to grow the account. A CSR works to develop leads to grow a business.

    Responsibilities

    • CSR's help in the warehouse and load customers.
    • Operate a forklift.
    • Accurately process customer transactions such as estimates, invoices and credits.
    • Determine and understand customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions to their needs and desires.
    • Perform other duties as assigned.

    Schedule

    • Schedule is Monday – Friday Weekends are yours to enjoy
    • Hours between 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM

    Compensation, Benefits & Perks

    • Competitive wages paid WEEKLY. Salaried Team Members may work more than 40 hours per week.
    • Hourly Non-Exempt Position with range of $19 - $25.46/hour based on experience with company.
    • Structured Inflation Protection Program for compensation

    • Accrue 2 Weeks of Paid Time Off starting the first week {Able to start using after 90 days}

    Qualifications

    • Education – High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree Preferred.
    • Have a deep desire to better people by serving their needs.
