    Location: Remote with Travel
    Clearance: Public Trust
    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; applicants must be US Citizens.
    Number of Position(s): 6
    Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pm
    Work Day: Monday – Friday

    Job Description:
    This role will directly support the enforcement of tariff actions and exclusion programs. The agency needs additional staffing to analyze and make tariff exclusion decisions efficiently. Flexibility is key as tariff specifics are subject to change. The aim is to promptly and fairly process exclusion requests.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    The minimum requirements for Legal Analysts under the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) in the Office of the General Counsel (OGC):

    • Legal Analysts need 3-5 years' experience.
    • Ability to research in English and other languages, such as Mandarin, Korean, French, Spanish, Turkish, German, and Russian, when necessary.
    • Certification for researching in specified languages is essential.
    • Duties involve litigation review, research, document review, summarization, translation, and more.
