    Our innovative plastic injection molding manufacturing client is poised for growth in the Medical Device and Aerospace industries. We are looking for a New Business Development Manager that will be responsible for identifying, cultivating, and landing significant new business customers who require precision, high-quality injection molding services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with senior management, R&D, and Engineering to identify and prioritize market segments to attack
    • Identify new customer opportunities through personal networking and trade shows
    • Leverage company differentiators (i.e. rapid prototyping, collaborating in integrated molding and assembly capabilities) to develop strong customer relations
    • Develop and maintain market and competitor database
    • Vet all opportunities and develop sales funnel for prioritizing leads

    Qualifications:

    • 10+ years of selling injection molding services
      • Previous industry experience in aerospace and medical is preferred
    • Strong value selling ability
    • Independent and self-starter
    • A college education is preferred

    • Permanent Full-time Employee
