The facility is currently looking for a dynamic Behavioral Health Executive with a successful background in managing behavioral health hospitals or residential treatment programs. The ideal CEO candidate should demonstrate a history of progressive career growth, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality care standards while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

Establish an organizational culture that aligns with the mission, vision, and values of the company.
Oversee the operational functions of clinical and non-clinical departments to drive positive patient outcomes.
Recruit specialized medical staff, develop outpatient care programs, and foster relationships with key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, monitor financial performance, and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
Manage budgetary goals, negotiate contracts with payors, and focus on revenue growth strategies.
Drive census building efforts and engage in strategic planning activities.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree required, Master's Degree preferred.
Experience as a behavioral executive or in a leadership role within a psychiatric department.
Strong knowledge of behavioral health management practices and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial management, operations, and marketing.
Ability to travel occasionally as needed.
