    Description


    Our client, a well-regarded manufacturer specializing in cutting-edge electrical connection technology for various building and industrial uses, is on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join their team. This company, with a team of approximately 1500 employees, operates on a global scale.

    In a bid to further expand their operations in the ever-evolving North American market, TH Bender has been enlisted to assist in the search for a proactive, seasoned Chief Executive Officer to spearhead and oversee the strategic direction of the NA operations. The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in aligning operational strategies with the company's overarching business goals and available resources.


    Key Responsibilities:
    - Provide comprehensive cross-functional oversight and lead all administrative facets.
    - Devise and execute market development strategies.
    - Assess and enhance internal business operations, devising plans to optimize functions.
    - Establish clear short- and long-term organizational goals and formulate action plans to achieve them.
    - Boost sales and focus on essential markets and clients, leveraging existing industry connections for growth.
    - Actively pursue new key customers while nurturing existing client relationships.
    - Monitor industry and business trends to pinpoint growth opportunities.
    - Collaborate regularly with the global management team and international company channels.
    - Cultivate an in-depth understanding of markets, industries, and key players influencing investment decisions.
    - Engage in local and global trade events and represent the organization in critical external business relationships.
    - Undertake any other duties as assigned.


    Key Qualifications:
    - Demonstrated success in leading organizations through growth phases, with P&L or substantial budget management experience.
    - Extensive leadership background in corporate development, sales/BD management, or key account management.
    - In-depth knowledge and experience within the electrical industry.
    - Proficiency in costing, accounting, and budgeting processes, including product margin calculations.
    - Strong grasp of commercial practices and the ability to align sales and operations with broader organizational goals.
    - Proficient in project management, organization, negotiation, and establishing shared services platforms.
    - Previous experience working across diverse cultures, ideally within global teams and foreign headquarters.
    - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey complex business issues concisely.
    - Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
