- Perform molecular biology experiments such as: transformation, plasmid miniprep and maxiprep, etc. to generate recombination antibodies.
- Send, receive, and analyze DNA sequencing results.
- Maintain and transfect cells for antibody expression.
- Utilize different purification techniques to get antibody products purified.
- Organize, schedule, and execute tasks to deliver rabbit monoclonal antibody products on time and high standards.
- Work closely with RA scientists and project stakeholders to make project progress smoothly.
- Do troubleshooting of production and purification issues.
- Collate and analyze the experiment results, update the experimental information on internal database.
- Write and implement standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Manage and regular maintain instruments, equipment, and inventory.
- Maintain high quality standards within the lab; ensuring the lab is compliant with all external and internal quality standards, and compliance with all health and safety guidelines.

Job Description
About the role
The Associate Scientist will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and executing rabbit monoclonal antibody production and purification tasks including cell culture, large-scale transfection, and different purification methods to help deliver rabbit monoclonal antibody products on time and to high standards for customers and catalogue.
Roles & Responsibilities
Qualifications
To qualify for the Associate Scientist position candidates must hold a Ph.D. or Master's degree in biology or a related field. They should have hands-on experience with PCR, plasmid prep, transformation, transfection, plasmid construction, and antibody purification. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in antibody sequence analysis. The ideal candidate should possess solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Additionally, candidates should demonstrate rigorous logical thinking, good communication skills, an active work attitude, and a strong sense of responsibility.
