Job Description
Job DescriptionPittsburgh (North Shore) area company is in need of an Executive Assistant. The selected candidate will support the CEO in the effective and efficient operation of the company.
Duties to include:
· Full range of high-level administrative support to the CEO to include preparing reports and communications.
· Assist with company licensing requirements including business licensing, alarm licensing, employee licensing, etc.
· Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence; manage internal and external communications.
· Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
· Manage executive calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters.
· Arrange travel and accommodations.
· Perform additional duties as assigned by CEO or other executives.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of EA support experience
· Professional verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent organizational, time management and attention to detail skills.
· Ability to function well in a fast-paced and at times stressful environment.
· Proficient MSOffice skills with the ability to learn new software or programs.
