    Icon V is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Entry Level Communications Assistant in Miami, FL.

    This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about communications and marketing and is looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities


    • Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies to promote company products, services, and brand.
    • Create engaging content for various communication channels, including press releases, newsletters, social media, and website.
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
    • Support the planning and execution of company events, including press conferences, product launches, and community outreach programs.
    • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in communication and marketing.
    • Assist with media relations activities, including drafting pitches, coordinating interviews, and tracking media coverage.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all communication channels.
    Requirements


    • Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or related field.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
