Canvassing Manager Trainee


Were a leading provider of high-quality windows and doors, is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Canvassing Manager Trainee.

In this role, you will learn the ins and outs of canvassing operations and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team of canvassers.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist in developing and implementing canvassing strategies to generate leads
  • Train and mentor new canvassers on effective communication and sales techniques
  • Coordinate schedules and routes for canvassing teams
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of canvassing teams
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify areas for improvement

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fastpaced environment
  • Prior experience in canvassing or sales is a plus
